The following tests are performed within the framework of our continual quest for quality in the provision of services:
| - | Continual Quality Audits of the services provided by the hotel units of Aldemar Hotels & Spa through questionnaires and ad hoc mini-surveys. |
| - | Quality Audits of the specifications and implementation in the provision of services (Mystery Guest Programs, Shopping Calls,Checklist Audit). |
| - | Critical Analysis of the statistical data compiled from surveys of financial indices followed by briefing of every section involved in the provision of services. |
