The “Zen” programme of the Centre.To erase tension and regain calm and tranquillity, the Royal Olympian Spa/Thalasso has developed an original programme of daily massages. Added benefits of the HARMONIA programme: exceptional treatments such as the Thai massage (90 minutes of stretching and pressure applications to energy points along the body and the Ayurvedic massages, Abhyanga (relieving and relaxing) and Vishesh (invigorating, muscle toning), inherited from traditional Indian medicine and carried out by using warm sesame oil. Maximum refinement... ultimate joy!

Your Daily Treatments

HARMONIA 4 treatments/day	Every other day, alternating: Relaxing Aromatic Air-Jet Bath and Affusion Shower Massage (2 hands)
	Every other day, alternating: AquaRoyal® and Aqua Stream
	Every other day, alternating: Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Massage (Vishesh or Abhyanga) and Shirogriva® Massage
	Every day: Seaweed Body Wrap with essential oils
