Opening hours	Royal Olympian Spa & Thalasso: 10:00 - 18:00 Fitness Area: 08:00 - 20:00 The Centre is functioning seven days a week Entrance for clients above 16 years of age.
Reservations	You are strongly advised to book programmes and a la carte treatments before arriving at the Centre by phone, fax or e-mail so that we will be able to satisfy your demands on time.. We will request a credit card number to guarantee reservations.
Cancellations	In case of cancellation from 1 to 5 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellation one day prior to arrival or no-show will regrettably be charged for the full amount. A 24-hour notice to re-schedule your programme or treatment is required and subject to availability. Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Medical advise	Our physician will be more than pleased to draw up your personalized programme and prescribe the treatments to your needs. (The consultation fee is 24, 00 €). Our hostesses will then be able to determine your programme, scheduled alternately either in the morning or in the afternoon, subject to availability. Guests are strongly advised to book any desired additional treatments at the beginning of their stay
Arrival time	Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time for their treatment.When late, length of treatment will have to be reduced.
Our little friends	Younger guests (4-12 years) can enjoy the creative activities and facilities provided at the Mini-Club, while you are enjoying your treatments.
What to wear	For reasons of hygiene, we kindly ask that our guest shower before each treatment. For your own comfort, we suggest that you bring along two bathing suits, bathing sandels, a gym-outfit and gym-shoes. Bathing sandals, which must be worn at all times in the Centre, are complimentary for all guests having a 6-day package. Otherwise, they are available at the Centre's Boutique. The garderobe employee will provide you with a bathrobe, a towel and a bathing caprequired in all swimming pools- for use in the Centre.
Gym & Fitness Centre	A fully equipped gym and fitness area is at your disposal in the Royal Olympian Spa & Thalasso.The qualified instructors are on hand for guidance and can supervise and implement personalized schedules. Daily activities programmes of gymnastics, stretching and aerobics are available. Personalized training on request.
Mobile phones	To ensure that our guests can enjoy the peaceful environment of our Centre, we request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum.The use of cellular phones is not allowed.
Personal belongings	A safety box for valuables is provided in your room.The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Centre.
Boutiques	Two boutiques are available at the Centre, with bathing suits, the beauty products THAL'ION and other accessories..
Gift Vouchers	An ideal gift... Gift Vouchers are available at the reception desk or boutiques.
Nutritional advise	Our nutritionist is more than happy to advise and create your personal diet programme following an in-depth assessment of your tastes and nutritional habits. Satisfying and balanced, the programme will allow you to lose weight, while savouring the famous Mediterranean diet, synonymous of health and longevity.
Health Bar	Various herbal teas are served free of charge from 11:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 16:30. Other beverages from the bar may be charged to your room account at the Hotel.
Service charges	Service charges are included.You may want to express you satisfaction at your own discretion and it will be most appreciated as a reflection of service quality.
